  • Bulk Mailing/Email Blasts/Fax Campaigns to potential exhibitors and attendees

  • Handle all questions and concerns regarding exhibit spaces and booth requests

  • Provide updated floor plan of available booths to all interested exhibitors

  • Assign booth spaces and send out confirmations and process all booth space payments through highly secure payment processing program

Logistics

  • Site Selection - Obtaining contracts and handling all negotiations

  • Establish rules & regulations for all exhibitors

  • Reasonably priced booth space fees, with discounts on multiple booth purchases

  • Floor plan design - creating plan with best possible traffic flow, while following site guidelines

  • Decorator Sourcing for all our your expo needs (i.e. pipe and drape, electric, carpeting, booth tables and chairs)

  • Create multiple booth options, while working with decorator to bring exhibitors the best prices available on furniture, shipping, drayage, electrical, carpet, labor, security, and furnishing

  • All exhibitor and attendee registration handled through Sitework Associates, Inc. (online and mail-in form available)

  • High Quality Experienced On-Site Management Staff
